Ordering
If you wish to place an order with us you can either visit us at one of our locations or you can telephone us on 01273 731318. We will be happy to process your order and talk you through the process.
When we take your order we will of course take your details and a deposit, the amount of the deposit will be based on the goods you are ordering. We try to keep the depoist amount as low as possible - typically we ask for £100 per item or per piece of upholstery (a corner sofa counts as 3 pieces).
We will also advise you of how long you can expect to wait for your furniture. Usually all sofa orders are completed within 1-3 weeks from the date of order providing your chosen fabric is in stock. Bedroom furniture orders are normally quoted at 4-6 weeks.
We will also discuss delivery and collection options with you to determine the most suitable method for you to receive your goods.
Payment
We regret that we do not currently accept credit or debit cards of any type. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Payments can be made by cash, cheque (allowing five working days for collection or delivery of goods), or internet or bank transfer.
Delivery
We are able to arrange delivery anywhere in the UK and international shipment. We are not tied to our own delivery teams and so we are able to negotiate the best rates with delivery companies serving your area. Current delivery prices can be given upon application. Our standard rate for a local sofa delivery from our Brighton store is £45 and £75 for a corner sofa.
Ex-Display
We constantly maintain a selection of ex-display sofas at our Freshfield Brighton and Bristol showrooms. These items are available to be sold as seen from the shop floor at huge reductions. The item you see in the store is the actual piece you will receive so we always advise that you check the item thoroughly before you agree to purchase. Once paid for all ex-display items are available for immediate delivery or collection.
Fabric Samples
We have a huge range of fabrics for you to choose from, over 6,000 in fact. We deal with all of the major fabric houses as well as some specialist suppliers, allowing us to always find the perfect fabric whatever the purpose. We are able to obtain free fabric samples for any of the fabrics we supply, these can be sent direct to your home and normally arrive within a few days.
